At Bunnies By The Bay, we want your little one to be delighted with their new friends. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unwashed and unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments or plush toys.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
